Mr. Kearney uses his construction expertise to provide expert witness testimony on a wide range of construction cases, including construction defection including construction defects and cost analyses, illegal units and violations of San Francisco’s Fair Housing codes, HOA issues, standard of care cases, and California wildfire claims.
