After winning the case, the jury was polled…
On June 8, 2017, after six days of trial and three hours of deliberations, a panel of twelve jurors in San Francisco Superior Court found in favor of Plaintiff, ENA North Beach, on its claims for intentional misrepresentation, concealment, and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and awarded $91,692.50 in actual damages and $916,925.00 in punitive damages for a total of more than one million dollars.
“We spoke to the jurors and they all agreed that your presentation was credible, logical, and authoritative. The jury thought your presentation won the damages issue. Kevin, thank you again for your impressive efforts.”
